Amid increasingly intense market competition, UMKM play an important role in the economy and are required to meet product quality standards, one of which is obtaining the Home Industry Food Production Certificate (SPP IRT). Objective: This study is aimed at evaluating user satisfaction with the SPP-IRT at the Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang. Method: This study used the EUCS method to analyze user satisfaction with the SPP-IRT service at the Semarang City Health Office. The sample consisted of 27 purposively selected respondents aged ≥18 who had previously managed SPP-IRT. Data were analyzed descriptively using mean scores and percentages to show satisfaction levels for each EUCS aspect. Conclusion: Most SPP-IRT users at the Semarang City Health Office are women aged ≥51, many applying for the first time with staff assistance. Overall satisfaction ranges from satisfied to very satisfied, with services performing well in information accuracy, document consistency, procedural ease, and timely delivery areas that should be maintained to optimize user satisfaction.
