Introduction: Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of high mortality rates among women in Indonesia. Prevention efforts can be carried out through early detection using the Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (IVA) method. The “PUS PA JELITA GADIS CANTIK” program implemented at Spa X is a form of health promotion activity combined with IVA screening to increase awareness among women of reproductive age about the importance of early detection of cervical cancer. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of IVA screening through the “PUSPA JELITA GADIS CANTIK” program at Spa X in 2025, in cluding program implementation, supporting factors, obstacles, and the participa tion level of women of reproductive age. Methods: This study used a descriptive evaluative method with a simple qualita tive and quantitative approach. The study population consisted of all women of reproductive age who participated in the IVA screening program at Spa X. The sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques, involving 22 respond ents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and presented in ta bles, percentages, and narrative explanations.
