The discovery of tuberculosis cases in the community in the area served by the Pandanaran Community Health Center in Semarang City found 66 patients, with the majority being adults (55 patients) and 11 children, 34 males, and 32 females. There were also 3 cases of patients discontinuing medication and 10 deaths. This study aimed to determine the relationship between age and gender with a diagnosis of tuberculosis. This study used a quantitative analytical cross-sectional design, utilizing secondary data sourced from the medical records of tuberculosis patients at the Pandanaran Community Health Center in Semarang City in 2025. The sample was obtained based on the total population of tuberculosis patients, namely 66 patients. A Chi-Square test was conducted using SPSS software between TB diagnosis and age, yielding a p-value of 0.294, while between diagnosis and gender, a p-value of 0.237 was obtained. Based on the statistical test results, p-values of 0.294 and 0.237 indicate no relationship between age and gender with TB diagnosis.
