Introduction: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a significant health problem in Indonesia, including the working area of the Purwoyoso Health Center, Semarang City. This disease is caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes as the main vector. Objective: To analyze the epidemiological distribution of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever cases based on time and place aspects in the working area of the Purwoyoso Health Center for the 2023-2025 period. Methods: This study used a descriptive observational design with a descriptive epidemiological approach that utilized secondary data sourced from routine dengue surveillance reports of Purwoyoso Health Center using a total sampling technique obtained from 288 cases. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by presenting frequency and percentage distributions to describe the pattern of dengue incidence. Results: The results of the study show that 2024 will be the year with the highest dengue cases with a total of 118, there is a pattern of increasing cases that tend to appear in the rainy season from October to March. Dengue cases occurred in two working areas of the Purwoyoso Health Center, namely Purwoyoso Village and Kalipancur Village, but the highest number of dengue cases
