Deskripsi

Changes in disease patterns reflect a triple burden of disease, with infectious and non-communicable diseases remaining major issues in primary health care. At the Genuk Community Health Center, acute respiratory infections (ARI), pharyngitis, and hypertension were the most common diseases. This descriptive study used secondary data from routine disease records from January to October 2025 to describe case distribution by region and gender using frequency and percentage analysis. The results showed that ARI had the highest number of cases (1,285), followed by pharyngitis (1,070) and hypertension (944). Genuksari Sub-district recorded the highest cases for all three diseases, while Terboyo Kulon had the lowest, with males dominating across all diseases. The high incidence, especially in Genuksari, was influenced by industrial pollution and behavioral and lifestyle factors. These findings align with previous studies linking pollution, smoking, outdoor activity, stress, and low routine health checkups to respiratory diseases and hypertension. In conclusion, ARI, pharyngitis, and hypertension remain key health problems in the Genuk Community Health Center area, emphasizing the need for strengthened promotive and preventive efforts focused on environmental management and healthy lifestyles.
