Tuberculosis (TB) remains a public health problem, particularly in countries with a high TB burden like Indonesia. Household contacts of active TB patients are a high-risk group for transmission and are the primary target for Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT). Evaluating the relationship between TB cases, household contacts, and TPT implementation at the community health center level is necessary to assess the success of TB control programs. This study aims to evaluate TB cases, household contacts, and TPT implementation in the Lamper Tengah Community Health Center (Puskesmas) work area. The study used a quantitative descriptive-analytical design with an evaluative approach using secondary data from 2025. Data were sourced from the TB register, household contact data, and TPT register. The results showed 51 recorded TB cases, with the majority of patients achieving recovery or completing treatment. Of all TB cases, 24 patients had household contacts, and 12 household contacts were recorded as receiving TPT, with the majority successfully completing therapy. It was concluded that the TB control program in the Lamper Tengah Community Health Center work area had been running quite well, but it was still necessary to strengthen the recording of household contacts and monitoring of TPT compliance to support optimal TB
